Where are you located?
We are in Kelowna, B.C. Canada.

How old do you need to be to visit the boutique?
You must be 18+ to shop at Wild Kingdom. No one under that age, including babies and young children, should enter the boutique.

How can I pay?
For online orders, we accept Visa or MasterCard.
For in-store purchases, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash.

Can I use my Wild Kingdom Gift Card online?
Unfortunately, we currently only accept our Gift Cards in-store.

Are your prices the same in-store and online?
Not always. Although our base prices are consistent between online and in-store, we do offer unique promotions both online and in-store that can affect this. Exclusive pricing is always marked as either “In-Store Promotion” or “Online Promotion”.

I can’t find something online I know you carry in-store?
Many of our products can only be found in-store due to shipping constraints and availability. If you are looking for a particular item, an item you know we carry in-store, or an item we use to carry, please contact us to see if we can help get it to you.

What’s your warranty policy?
Wild Kingdom can help with manufacturers warranties on certain products. We cover manufacturers defects and mechanical issues only and require proof of purchase and packaging to help in these cases. We do not offer warranty help on thrusting toys or with App issues related to Bluetooth toys. Warranty issues can be brought to us during the allotted manufacturer’s timeframe, or up to one year from date of purchase if the manufacturer offers a longer warranty. We can only help with warranty in-store and on products purchased through us.

I can’t find my receipt; can you look it up?
Wild Kingdom does not keep any personal information on our customers. Order history, purchases, personal information, and past receipts are not kept in-store or online. Customers are responsible for keeping their receipts for warranty issues, etc.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Can you get this item for me?
If you are looking for a particular item or have found it elsewhere but would rather purchase locally, please contact us with the Name of the item and Brand. We will do our best to try and find it, or something similar, for you.
Please note that payment may be required in advance for special request orders.

Do you sell enhancement pills?
Yes, we do! Wild Kingdom sells a variety of enhancements pills that are approved by Health Canada. Products that are not approved by Health Canada are illegal and not available.

Where is all your lingerie?
Most of our lingerie selection is only available in-store. We offer classic pieces, hosiery, and boudoir costumes on the website, but seasonal and small-batch collections are only available in-store. Please contact us if you have any questions or are looking for a specific piece.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How do I know your site is safe to use?
All our orders are processed with Stripe to ensure that your personal and banking information is kept confidential and safe. Staff do not have access to any credit card or banking information for orders placed online. Wild Kingdom does not store, use, or sell customer information for any reason.

How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed. If you wish to cancel your order before then, please contact us and we can help you.


Please note there is a processing fee for the cancellation of orders.

Can I return my purchase?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers.
If a product is defective, we can help in-store dependant on the item/defect. We cannot help with defective items through shipping. Please contact us or check your receipt if you feel your product is defective.

Do you price match?
No. As a small, locally owned business, our prices reflect the lowest possible price within our ability. We believe in an ethical business practice, so our prices reflect a fair living wage for employees, overhead costs, and our knowledge and experience offered in-store.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we do not complete orders over the phone. For security, payment must go through the website, or be processed in-store.

How does Local Pick-Up work?
With local pick-up, you can pre-pay and have your order ready for you at the boutique. You can either come into the store and ask for it or call us from
