1. Ordering and Payment

Wild Kingdom will only process orders online. Orders may be placed at We will not take credit card information or fulfill orders over the phone.

Fulfillment of orders are processed by order time. If an item that you ordered becomes unavailable before your order is processes, you will be contacted with your options.

All orders are processed by Stripe – credit card information is NOT stored on our website/nor does Wild Kingdom have access to that information.

2. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping orders are placed through Canada Post. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. The flat rate shipping fee starts at $25.00 CAD. Tracking can be added for an addition fee at checkout. Heavier, larger, or objects being sent to remote locations may be subject to shipping rate increase – in this case you will be contacted.

Shipping orders that include products labelled as “Local Pick-Up Only” may be subjected to a fee/increased shipping cost.

Shipments will be sent out as soon as possible after a confirmation email/phone call has been received. Orders are only shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will not be shipped until the following week.

If you place and a product is not in stock, you will be contacted and will be updated* on when your item is expected to arrive and be shipped out to you, or what other options may be available to you at that time.

Shipping orders that are not accepted by customers, and are then returned to the store by Canada Post, are subject to addition cost. The customer must cover the return shipping cost, and the secondary shipping cost to send the package out again. If they wish to pick up in-store instead, only the return shipping cost must be covered.

*Could take up to 6-8 weeks.

3. Privacy and Security

All orders will be shipped in plain, discreet packaging. No labeling, information or photos of the contents of the order, nor personal information beyond customer name and address given will be visible on the outside of the package.

Pick-up orders will be packaged in opaque bags with no identifiers. Government issued ID will be required for the pick-up of orders.

Wild Kingdom does not keep receipts on record, please retain your original receipts for warranty issues and proof of purchase.

Return address will read as WK Inc.

4. Returns and Replacement

Due to Canadian Laws, hygienic standards and the intimate nature of our products, all items are FINAL SALE.

By law Wild Kingdom is not able to accept returns for personal use products. All products must be considered used after leaving the store, regardless of condition.

Each mechanical product is opened, charged/battery tested, and inspected for quality assurance before being sold or shipped.

Please read all user manuals to ensure proper use. If product becomes defective, the issue must be brought to the MANUFACTURER of the product, unless otherwise noted on final receipt.

Wild Kingdom cannot handle warranty issues over the phone/by mail, customers must present their defective product in person, in-store if otherwise noted on final receipt.

Shipping costs for defective product is the responsibility of the customer.

There is a 10% fee to cancel your order. The 10% is based off the total cost of the order. This 10% covers the lost processing fees for cancelled orders.

If product is damaged upon arrival or your order is incorrect, please contact  Wild Kingdom immediately. These issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
