FC2 Female Condom® is soft, loose-fitting sheath which is worn inside the vagina and is the only FDA approved for market female condom. With a comparable high efficacy to male condoms, the FC2 Female Condom®  is controlled by a woman, since it does not require an erection from a sexual partner. Featuring a flexible ring at each end, the inner ring at the closed end of the sheath is used to insert the condom inside the vagina and to hold it in place during intercourse. The rolled outer ring at the open end of the sheath remains outside the vagina and covers part of the external genitalia. The FC2 Female Condom® is suitable for vaginal and oral sex, and can be inserted inside the vagina earlier on during foreplay or just before sex.

Made from latex-free Nitrile, the FC2 Female Condom®  is very strong and can support lots of pressure. It is also the ideal condom for persons allergic to latex. The FC2 Female Condom® comes pre-lubricated with a silicone-based lubricant, but if you want to apply additional lube – any kind can be used. The FC2 Female Condom® does not contain spermicidal additives and is non-hormonal.
